This policy explains what personal data we collect on zenacross.com, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short, because we collect very little.

What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, order reference (optional) and your message. We use them only to answer you and to help with your order or product. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in providing customer support.
Email and WhatsApp. If you write to us by email or on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and the content of your messages, used only to answer you. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
Purchases. We do not sell anything on this website and never collect payment details. When you click “Buy on Amazon”, you leave our website; Amazon processes your order under its own privacy notice.
We do not sell your data, we do not send newsletters, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Who receives your data
- Our customer support team at BMS International.
- Our service providers, only to run the website and our mailbox: OVH SAS (website hosting, France) and Google (email, Google Workspace).
Some providers may process data outside the European Union (for example in Mauritius, where BMS International is based, or in the United States). In that case, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Messages and contact details are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers the Amazon store you selected (for example Amazon.fr) and the site language so you don’t have to choose them again; these preferences stay on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Just write to contact@zenacross.com. If you think your rights are not respected, you can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France: the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
